For Experienced Professionals

Work with CITE TSG

CITE TSG engages a small, deliberately selective group of experienced instructors and subject matter experts on specific requirements. Work is performed under CITE’s contract and to CITE’s standard. We ask that you hold your own business entity and insurance and keep your credentials current before we discuss an assignment.

How We Engage

A bench built around qualification, not volume

CITE TSG delivers instruction under the standards our clients are held to. That means we grow deliberately, matching each engagement to an instructor whose credentials and experience genuinely fit the requirement.

01

Work matched to your qualifications

We assign instructors by discipline, certification, and documented experience. You will not be asked to teach outside what your credentials support.

02

Engagement-based, on your availability

Professionals on our bench are contacted about specific requirements as they arise. You decide which engagements you take, based on scope, dates, and location.

03

Professional delivery support

Course materials, logistics coordination, and client communication are handled on the company side so you can focus on instruction and evaluation.

04

Credentials kept current in the roster

Your certifications and specialties are maintained in our instructor roster and used to support capability statements and proposal responses where appropriate.

An honest note on status: CITE TSG is an early-stage company actively building this bench ahead of contract awards. Submitting your qualifications establishes your profile in our roster and puts you in consideration for future requirements. It is not an offer of employment, it is not a placement service, and it does not guarantee work or a specific volume of assignments. CITE charges you nothing at any point.

Disciplines

Where we are seeking instructors

CITE TSG delivers two practice areas, and the roster is being built to match them. If your expertise sits close to one of these, apply and describe it — we would rather hear from a strong instructor slightly outside the list than not hear from you at all.

  • HazMat Awareness & Operations

Awareness and operations level instruction, recognition and identification, protective equipment, detection and monitoring, defensive response actions, and annual refresher and competency verification.

  • HazMat Transportation

Federal hazardous materials transportation training requirements, shipping papers, marking, labeling, placarding, and hazmat employee qualification.

  • Mass Casualty Decontamination

Decontamination corridor setup, ambulatory and non-ambulatory patient handling, triage interface, and hospital and receiving facility decontamination.

  • EOC Training & Staffing

ICS and NIMS instruction, EOC position-specific training, and qualified personnel able to deploy into an activated emergency operations center.

  • Exercise Design

Discussion and operations-based exercise design, control and simulation, and exercise evaluation.

  • After Action Reporting

Evaluation against objectives, after action report writing, and improvement planning that leadership can assign and track.

Qualifications

What we look for

Every instructor is verified before assignment. We ask for documentation up front so that the roster reflects real, current qualifications.

  • Documented certification, licensure, or formal qualification in the discipline you intend to teach
  • Practical field or operational experience in that discipline, not classroom exposure alone
  • Instructor credentials where the discipline requires them, or demonstrated teaching experience
  • Professional conduct suitable for government, public safety, and corporate training environments
  • Willingness to complete client-required background screening for specific engagements
  • A current résumé or CV, available on request during review
